Aged Care – Occupational Therapy

Helping you achieve your occupational therapy goals with personalised care

Whether your goals are about spending more time in the community, being able to continue doing things you love around the house or regaining mobility after health issues, our team of experienced Occupational Therapists are passionate about helping you achieve them.

Occupational Therapy At Home

Independence at home is critical for ongoing physical and mental wellbeing as we get older. Our team of Occupational Therapists can visit you at home and have helped thousands of elderly Australians with personalised support to learn or regain skills to live independently.

We also offer appointments in our Nedlands Office, conveniently located next to Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital. Our Experience Centre can help you explore the world of Assistive Technology at home, seeing how every aspect of your life can be assisted.

How We Help

Assistive Technology

Our team identifies and prescribes aids and equipment to help you manage your daily tasks such as self-care, cooking, moving around your home and accessing the community.

Home Modification Assessment

Your Occupational Therapist will visit you at home and recommend modifications to improve your safety, and accessibility in and around your home.

Functional Home Assessment

Our Occupational Therapists will attend and assess your home environment to determine if you require equipment, home modifications or strategies to improve your safety and independence in your home and accessing the community. We can also assist in developing strategies to improve your memory and planning skills.
