Indigo’s AT2GO platform servicing Providers under the Support at Home program has a number of enhancements coming soon. Direct payment links are currently under development which will allow Registered Providers who are not yet fully onboarded to the SAH AT2GO platform to receive AT requests for their clients and complete payment securely via Indigo's Stripe payment platform.
This new functionality has been developed following prescriber feedback identifying a need to be able to select appropriate assistive technology for their clients and submit requests through SAH AT2GO without requiring full platform onboarding.
This change will enable SaH Registered Providers/ Case Managers to receive assistive technology requests from prescribers engaged to service their clients, and complete payment securely via Stripe with appropriate documentation provided upon payment.
A reminder that until this functionality is available, all prescribers must have a Provider Organisation Code to place orders through SAH AT2GO.
In addition, Registered Providers with multiple sites will soon benefit from enhanced dashboard functionality with the introduction of an overview function for head office staff to view and action activity across all their sites.
